For the design of the Club Náutico Los Marinos I worked with the general concept, both in the facade of the building and in the interiors, to simulate the image of a boat moored in the bay.
and in the interiors, to simulate the image of a boat moored in the bay.
The decoration of the interiors employs formal elements that refer directly to a boat and others associated with fishing: use of wooden planking, metallic tubular perimeter railings, portholes in the woodwork, use of glass in light fixtures, dividers and other elements to allude to the transparency of the water, tensile covers that simulate sails and masts, wefts in the furniture and light fixtures that simulate fishing nets, balls, ropes and others, use of baskets, amphorae and glass containers as decoration to refer to the holds of the boats. The chromatic range moves in shades of aqua blue, white and sand
